Pedagogical activity

1. Lecturer in NSA a department of history and mangement of sports.
2. Founder of the scientific subject ""Underlying principles of management of sports".
3. Author of master programs on sports mangement.
   He was a contractor in European project on "Tempus" programme. An author and director of studies.
4. An author of modern methods and technologies in sports management.
5. An author of personal automated training system (PATS). Director of studies for successful defence of 5 graduation papers and a number of bachelor and master diploma works.

He has participated in art exhibitions with his pictures and graphics and has won international competitions in exlibris and has many awards (1990, 1992, 1995, 1997, 1999, 2002).

Yordan Kalaikov is the author of word and picture collages, edited under the following titles: "The Third Shore", 1992, "The Circle", 1994, "Threshold", 1997, "Happenings" 1999, "Empire of the Clouds" 2002. He is a nominee of the American Biography Institute as one of the 5000 personalities of the world.

He also has had author's exhibitions of paintings in 1998, 1999, 2002 (Sliven, "Face" gallery).
